If ever there was a case for planning places to see in a particular city, Raleigh was just such a case.  After some wandering, with the aid of the official Rand McNally map, the best we could do was this park, fraught with school children that apparently are delighted for an outing to a park where a duck is visiting. 

There were several news crews nearby, and while I didn't announce my visit in advance, I couldn't help but wonder if my visit had something to do with it.  (Fortunately, the Executive Protection Detail members were close at hand.)
