I must admit that this visit was far more enjoyable in comparison to my May 2002 visit, when it was raining, dark, and generally gloomy... c'mon, look at all these blue skies!

| It's a big city, so no city sign that we could find, but there is a distinct skyline. | I started out with the Denver Bronco's stadium, INVESCO Field at Mile High. Big, shiny, pretty. | But nothing is really shinier than a gold-topped capital building, so here ya go. |

| Denver is the Mile High city, and on the steps of the state capital is the 5,280 foot elevation marker. | From the steps of the capital you can overlook the fairway that ends at the municipal buildings. | I'm sure they could have come up with a better idea for decorating the steps of the Justice building. |

| I don't know what either of these buildings are, but by virtue of having a fence around them, and looking old, I figured they were probably important in some way, to someone. | The Union Station in Denver, along
with a regional transit district meeting out front. Go team! |
