Population 100. Chevron station charging $2.44 a gallon for regular (but
being the only game in town, or for 50 miles, can you blame them?). A
cafe offering "internet" according to the sign outside. Alas,
we're nowhere in particular. Nice, ain't it? :)
Yup, 100 people. 102 once Tubby and I set foot into
the town's perimeter, of course.

I don't expect more than dial-up is needed here.
The local diner, the "Crowbar", which I'm sure is not
at all populated by black-colored birds.
