Kettering is the northern ferry point to get to Bruny Island, and seems well-focused on boating. Given the number of boats and relatively few homes I saw, I somewhat wonder if folks don't make their boats their homes.

No, that's not the population... as you get into town, slow from 100 km/h down to 80, silly.	Soon after passing the sign, on the left (if you're driving south), the marina comes into view.	The boats on the water. Just a neat picture, I thought.
If you or your car need a ride to Bruny Island, just hop the ferry.	Nothing more significant than I thought they were nice to look at.
