09/02/2003: "Long weekends = good weekends"

Well, for most folks, the long weekend ended hours ago, and they're tucked in and asleep. As one of those who was bold enough to brave the highways and interstates this weekend, I'm just settling in at home, after completing a whirlwind wander of the area (500+ miles racked up between yesterday and today). With temps at home in the low 90s, the low 60s of the wander around coastline was a pleasant change. But I'm fading fast, so I'm off to sleep. G'night to all...!
