68 inside, 55 outside, and 100% all around
Well, I don't know either. The first two is the current temperatures. Which aren't terribly chilly when you consider the bars, clubs and pubs will be closing in a few minutes when the clock strikes 2am. No, I'm not sure why I'm still up. I do know that learning Flash (to make cool web animations and stuff) is tricker than it sounds initially, and while it's not keeping me up, per se, I am still up playing with it. It's a hobby... Tubby is off in San Francisco doing a conference thingy for his job, so I have the place to myself. And no one clogging up my broadband DSL connection with downloads of stupid crap that he alone, in the world, finds funny. Alas, the challenge of raising a human.

Four days to nothing
Yessir, in just FOUR short days, it will be the 19th. Not that there is any particular meaning associated with the 19th. I don't have any events to celebrate, it doesn't memoralize the third anniversary of the stubbing of my toe against the futon, nothing like that. But it was a tepid day, so I'm all bothered, although no longer hot.

Goodbye, YNP...
So, from 6am forward yesterday, we tootled around Yosemite. Quite lovely, and there were the occasional leaves turning for fall, but not many (lots and lots of trees are evergreens). The waterfalls, for the most part, weren't falling, just by virtue of it being so long since the snows melted, and the rivers were pretty low. But it was still pretty, so I'll have to come back in the winter... the the spring... and again. I wonder i if I can get a season pass, sort of like Disneyland?
