Celebrate freedom & blow up a small part of America
Well, it's no Francis Scott Key, but I've been hearing the bombs bursting in air for hours now. Admittedly, I did willingly attend the local fireworks display, but the neighbors have been celebrating being Americans by blowing up small parts of it for at least an hour. If I were anything of a nervous creature, I'd be a wreck right now. But as I just got my fireworks pics posted, I can relax. And if you're looking for movie recommendations, you'll forgive me if I don't throw Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines into the suggestion basket, enough said.

Feels like Friday... but it's not (duh)
Y'know, what with work and my molting and all, I completely forgot about the 4th of July (aka Independence Day, not the movie) on Friday. Which means I get the day off of work (which is odd, considering I'm the boss of the place). But I'm happy to have a short work week. At least until I got on the highway. I could sit in traffic on the highway, on the back roads, or just lounge at home. But I ventured out, and I think I'm going off to the cinema to take in a film, er... a movie.

Attending my shop-therapy session
I'm bored, angst-filled and stuffed (with Diet Pepsi, what were YOU thinking?!?). I've opted to go shopping as soon as I can get the Bald-meister into his chauffeur mode. Maybe bring a camera and terrorize some shoppers; oddly enough, you wouldn't believe the looks I get when I'm shopping about with by trolley (for you Americans, swap "trolley" for "shopping cart"). And it's the end of the month, and it's at this very time of the month that I am rewarded with minor ducats to spend on penny candy and moon pies. Ah, the impetuousness of youth.

It's Blog, it's Blog, it's better than bad, it's good
Well, this is hardly a Ren & Stimpy commercial for a wooden toy that's big, that's heavy, that's wood, but it's a start. Sorry, I just don't have much to say at the moment. Where's my Cheerios?
