10/26/2004: "Talk about a bold step"

So, it's a movie night, one around 7:15pm, the other toward 9:30pm. Tubby and I get to the theatre, and he gets the wrong tickets (basically, we'd be there an hour later than if we watched the movies in a reverse order). We got in past the ticket guy, and i could see the dilemma in his face. Do we switch seeing I Heart Huckabees at 7:20pm, despite the ticket being for 10pm, and then see Woman Thou Art Loosed at 9:35pm and not 7:10pm? Oh, how we lived on the edge of the law. The exciting part was when we got to Woman..., we were the only ones there, and we thought we'd get busted for sure. But no -- it all worked out.
