06/28/2004: "Yes, I'm still alive"

Contrary to the rumors you likely haven't heard, and which I won't bother to repeat, yes, I'm still alive. Just far more busy than I'd anticipated for the last week. Between this past weekend's San Francisco Pride events and parade, catching up on my spoiled movie endings by perching in theatres 10 times (by tonight, only 8 rightn now), doing some catch-up to the site and sorting out a bugger of a mess with the phones and DSL service at the nest, I've been neglecting the Blog. Can't have everything, I guess, right? Unless I had an assistant. Some cute bird who can type, help balance my check book and keep my down pillow fluffy. Man, that'd be the life.
