08/08/2003: "Movie Weekend"

We begin with Seabiscuit, and am planning to hit S.W.A.T. tomorrow, and then sit through a backlog of older movies that are sitting on my desk. Well, not literally my desk, because someone bought me an unnecessarily small desk. Twit. And if you're thinking of seeing the horrific Gigli film, don't; if you want to waste $4 - $10, feel free to send it to me. I accept cash, check, and PayPal, and am even considering becoming a not-for-profit organization, so it may be tax-deductible (consult your tax professional for actual advice).

On an up side, I got a note from Lisa of my hometown (that's Monterey, if you're not one to think the details of my life are interesting), so perhaps Lisa and I, and her little chicks, will get to hang out one of these days. But it could be a good time for all.
